On October 21, 2015 Professor Wong Poh Kam won the World Entrepreneurship Forum’s (WEF) 2015 Entrepreneur for the World Award under the educator category.
Currently a professor at the National University of Singapore as well as the Director for NUS Entrepreneurship Centre, Wong helped lay the groundwork for Singapore’s startup scene as an instrumental player in laying the groundwork for the city’s angel investing ecosystem.
